Dr. Pankaj Dubey Director, SDF Director & Member 22+ years of experience in public health, epidemiology, programme planning and development, project management, community development and organisational leadership, with extensive experience working with national and international development organisations. His expertise includes Public-Private Partnerships, mapping and spatial services, data management, research, monitoring and evaluation, and evidence-based programme development, along with experience in healthcare services, education, livelihoods and environmental science. He holds MSW, MPH and PhD in Vedic Jyotish, with a strong interest and knowledge in spiritual traditions and celestial sciences, including comparative studies of their concepts and principles in relation to modern science.
