  • Governance, long-term vision setting, and strategic oversight.
  • Approval of institutional policies, budgets, and risk frameworks.
  • Ethical and compliance supervision for accountability and transparency.
  • Strategic leadership for organizational growth, resilience, and crisis management.
  • Stakeholder representation with Govt., CSR, Donors, UN/SDG bodies, and global partners.
  • Fundraising strategy and high-level networking with industry and development agencies.
  • Expert advisory across thematic areas (viz. health, education, research, biodiversity, etc.).
  • Cross-departmental integration, organizational performance review, and impact assurance.
