Supansha Development Foundation (SDF) recognizes the growing use of digital payments and aims to ensure that all donation refunds are handled with utmost care and consistency.

This policy applies to all individuals or entities that have made donations to SDF and wish to request a refund. It outlines the process and criteria for refunding donations, ensuring that the rights and expectations of both donors and SDF are protected.

Refund Eligibility

  1. Only donations made directly to SDF are eligible for a refund. Donations made through third-party platforms or intermediaries are subject to the refund policies of those specific platforms.
  2. Refund requests will be considered for donations where the request is made within 7 days of the date of donation.
  3. Donations that have already been utilized for specific causes, projects, programs, or initiatives are not eligible for a refund.
  4. SDF reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the eligibility criteria or if fraudulent activity is suspected.

Refund Request Process:

  1. Donors requesting a refund must submit a written request to SDF within the specified timeframe. The request should include the following information:
    1. Donor's full name and contact details.
    2. Donation amount and date of donation.
    3. Reason for the refund request.
  2. Refund requests can be submitted via email to Supansha@supansha.org or through postal mail to the address provided on the auto generated online receipt of donation.
  3. SDF will acknowledge the receipt of the refund request within 7 business days and initiate the review process.

Refund Review Process

  1. SDF will review each refund request on a case-by-case basis.
  2. The review process may involve contacting the donor for additional information or clarification if necessary.
  3. SDF will endeavor to complete the refund review process within 30 days from the receipt of the refund request.
  4. Once the refund request has been reviewed and approved, SDF will process the refund within 7 business days.
  5. The refund will be made using the same method as the original donation, unless otherwise agreed upon with the donor.

Confidentiality and Data Privacy

  1. SDF will treat all refund requests and related personal information with strict confidentiality.
  2. Donor information will be collected and used in accordance with SDF's privacy policy.
  3. SDF will not share donor information with third parties unless required by law or with the donor's explicit consent.

This policy will be reviewed periodically by SDF to ensure its effectiveness and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
