"Chai Pe Charcha" is a vital initiative by Supansha Development Foundation, aimed at understanding the adherence level of TB patients in Madhya Pradesh. This event will provide a platform for patients to share their experiences, practitioners to educate them on proper adherence, and stakeholders to establish sustainable initiatives for better TB care outcomes. The foundation's continuous efforts towards improving healthcare outcomes deserve recognition and support.

The initiative aims to collect data from 305 TB patients who were served by external agencies in the last three years, to understand their experiences in adhering to the treatment, barriers faced during their treatment duration, and to seek their feedback on the current TB care system in the region. This study will be significant in making sustainable practices and initiatives for the future, leading to a more patient-centric approach towards healthcare.

The initiative aims to facilitate discussions among patients, medical practitioners, and other stakeholders in an informal setting while enjoying a cup of tea. Patients will also have the opportunity to ask questions from medical practitioners and participate in an interactive session, aimed at improving the adherence to TB treatment.

TB is a severe infectious disease that remains one of the most significant public health challenges in India. Despite efforts to improve care and treatment levels, the adherence rate for patients remains concerning. Supansha Development Foundation's initiative aims to shed light on the adherence levels of TB patients, their challenges, and suggestions to bridge the gaps in TB care.

This initiative aligns with Supansha Development Foundation's mission to improve healthcare education for undeserved communities in India, with a particular focus on tackling TB, HIV/AIDS, and other infectious diseases. Therefore, the foundation is committed to developing a sustainable system to improve adherence rates and patient engagement in the treatment of TB.
