Using the Welfare Card
- Complete onboarding and receive authorized membership approval.
- Access your assigned member dashboard and approved digital card.
- Check the current service or Associate offer and its eligible recipients.
- Use the approved QR verification process when receiving an eligible service.
- Review the recorded transaction and benefit under the applicable terms.
Privacy and appropriate access
Associate verification is limited to identity and membership-related eligibility information specified by the applicable arrangements. Family profiles and unrelated personal records are restricted to authorized SDF purposes. Ask SDF about access, corrections and data-use concerns.
Do not post a personal Welfare Card or QR credential publicly. Only use it through approved verification channels.
